A high-altitude red blend from Gualtallary in the Uco Valley of Mendoza, Argentina

Blend: 85% Malbec and 15% Cabernet Franc

Aging: 14 months in French oak barrels (70% new, 30% second-use)

Soils & Terroir: Limestone-rich, calcareous alluvial soils at the foot of Lomas del Jaboncillo

Nose: Aromas of blackberries, fresh violets, pink peppercorn, graphite, and eucalyptus.

Palate: Dark fruits, guava, brambly raspberry, chocolate, and chalky, fine-grained tannins with balanced acidity.
