A blend of multiple Mâconnais plots: Igé, Saint-Véran, Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Vinzelles, Verzé, etc.

Jurassic clay-limestone soils.

Organic grapes are crushed and pressed with whole clusters, ambient yeast fermentation, aged for 11 months in tank (80%) and used barrels (20%).

Vinification & Ageing : Hand-picked grapes, whole berries pressing, 100% vinified and aged in oak barrel (of 228 liters each) for 11 months.
